Eathes is a Tao wielding monkey and a comedic villain from the manga Black Cat, who doesn't appear in the anime. He is one of the most recent members of the Apostles of the Star. Eathes is a monkey, (seemingly a chimpanzee) whose power of Tao was revealed by the Apostles. His major role is to copy and impersonate people with his power, so that the Apostles can use their knowledge, as he did with the nanotechnician Dr Tearyu. Eathes ultimately reforms after being saved by Eve during the final battle.
